CHAIR  CATHY  TILTON called  the  House  Committee on  Committees                                                             
meeting to order at 2:30 p.m.   Present at the call to order were                                                               
Representatives Patkotak,  D. Johnson,  C. Johnson,  Schrage, and

CHAIR TILTON announced that the only order of business would be                                                                 
House Committee Appointments.                                                                                                   
                                                                                                                                
CHAIR TILTON reviewed  that the committee would  produce a report                                                               
outlining standing  and special  committee member  assignments; a                                                               
House resolution  to formulate the  committees would be  voted on                                                               
at the ensuing floor session.

REPRESENTATIVE  SCHRAGE  moved the  following  changes:   on  the                                                               
House  Education  Standing  Committee to  replace  Representative                                                               
Maxine  Dibert  with  Representative Rebecca  Himschoot;  on  the                                                               
House  Resources  Standing  Committee to  replace  Representative                                                               
Zack Fields with Representative  Jennifer Armstrong; on the House                                                               
State  Affairs  Standing   Committee  to  replace  Representative                                                               
Rebecca Himschoot  with Representative  Andi Story; on  the House                                                               
Transportation Standing Committee  to replace Representative Andi                                                               
Story  with  Representative Andrew  Gray;  on  the House  Special                                                               
Committee on Energy to  replace Representative Jennifer Armstrong                                                               
with  Representative   Calvin  Schrage;  on  the   House  Special                                                               
Committee on  Fisheries to add  Representative Louise  Stutes; on                                                               
the  House  Special  Committee  on  Ways  and  Means  to  replace                                                               
Representative  Ashley Carrick  with  Representative Cliff  Groh;                                                               
and   on  the   Joint   Armed  Services   Committee  to   replace                                                               
Representative  Andrew  Gray   with  Representative  Cliff  Groh.

REPRESENTATIVE  C.  JOHNSON moved  that  the  House Committee  on                                                               
Committees  adopt  the Committee  on  Committees  report.   There
